In Royal City, there are approximately 5 platted lots for home
sites. There are two additional 20 acre sites that have not been platted.
The Potholes Golf Course, just a few minutes away, has planned a future development
of 219 new home sites, 400+ RV lots, 9 additional holes of golf, a clubhouse,
condo and restaurant. They plan to create a self -sustaining "village" concept.
