The Port has a 280 acre industrial park named "Saddle Mountain Industrial Park." There are 15 available lots for sale or lease ranging in size from 3 to 23 acres. The lots have been zoned light to heavy industrial. With paved road access, potable water and fire flow protection up to 2400gpm, the lots are "ready to go" for those businesses needing a home. The Port has the same low cost power as the rest of Grant County but offers some of the lowest priced commercial/industrial land available along with low affordable water. There are tax incentives due to being a rural area.

The Dorsing family is the Largest Producer of Montmorency Cherry Concentrate in the world. Since they oversee all of the orchards and are not simply members of a co-op they have complete control over the quality of the cherries they produce. You won't find another cherry product that surpasses the quality of these fine cherries. " Our cherries and our concentrate are purchased by some of the largest companies in the world, if you have had a cherry coke, you have had our concentrate which is added to cherry coke for rich cherry flavoring!"
